I had my one shoulder replaced late last summer. Since then, I've been sleeping on my back, in my recliner. I couldn't find a position in my bed that didn't cause enough discomfort that I could sleep. I used all sorts of pillows and no matter what I tried, I couldn't sleep in the bed. I am so glad I bought this! I have been sleeping comfortably in bed since it arrived. It is uncanny how much it feels like being in my recliner. You'll have to experiment with it to find the right angle to recline in bed, whether or not you comfortable with using the head pillow, and if you'll like the under knee pillow. I use the head pillow as a knee pillow and am really happy. Had I found the Raise 4 Rest first, I would not have needed to buy my recliner. I could have been sleeping in bed from my first day at home, after getting out of the hospital

This wedge set has literally saved me from sleepless nights filled with pain. When preparing for ACDF neck surgery I was told I would have to wear a hard neck brace for 3 months. Reading about it beforehand scared me as those who have had this surgery have said the worst part was total lack of sleep trying to get comfortable at night or relaxing. Many had to resort to sleeping in a recliner which can be uncomfortable and sleeping flat on a pillow on bed equally challenging. I saw this and was impressed by the many ways in which it could be used, read the reviews from people having all types of sleeping challenges and decided to give it a try. Didn't hold out much hope because I already have a wedge and it didn't help at all. Purchased this before the surgery to make sure I had it in the position I wanted so I would be ready when I got home from the hospital. To my surprise (and pleasure) from the moment I laid down I was totally comfortable not even having to adjust it! My physical therapist said she hadn't heard of anyone who got any sleep after this surgery wearing a neck brace.

I recently had a surgical procedure. A couple of weeks before my surgery date, my doc told me it would be good to get a wedge to help my recovery. I was looking through my options and saw this set online. I was a bit hesitant to get this sight unseen. But I took the leap. I'm so glad I did. This wedge set allowed me to recover faster, fall asleep, and stay asleep. I would recommend this set for anyone needing the same results.

I have sleep apnea and using this has greatly improved my ability to get a good night sleep. I use the different pillows to change my position and even use it to watch TV nightly. A small price to pay for a great nights sleep! Soft and comfortable and the different shapes help to conform to different body shapes. My husband even started using some of the set to sleep as well after he saw how well it worked for me. It did take about a week to get used to sleeping with them but keep with it and it will change your life once you start getting a good rest. Its amazing how different your outlook and days are when youve been able to get a good full nights sleep!

Just what I needed, after my shoulder surgery. Let's me sit up in bed while providing support to my back, neck, shoulder and hips. At night I change positions of the pillows and it helps me sleep in an inclined position, not as upright as during the day, but inclined enough for you to sleep comfortably without hurting the shoulder. The neck pillow can be used under the injured arm, at night. It is expensive, but I find it a worthwhile investment, because even after I heal, I can use it to prop myself up in bed while watching TV or working on my laptop or reading a book. I normally arrange a lot of pillows for this purpose but that's cumbersome and does not give my back and neck proper support. Now I have this, which works much better and will last many years. I also find that the pillow that goes under the knee helps my hip pain. I have chronic hip joint pain and I find that sleeping with this pillow under my knee takes the pressure off of my hips, which relieves the pain. So this is multi functional. Very Happy with this investment.
