Just got this steam cleaner today and I'm blown away! My main objective was to reduce my use of cleaning chemicals, but was overwhelmed by how well the grout tool cleaned the light colored grout that would only come clean with bleach and serious scrubbing with a grout brush. Using virtually no effort, this steamer blew out the dirt completely. Very pleased, especially for the price.

Im so happy with my purchase. It is so easy to mop the floors with it. My husband actually enjoys using it. Ive steamed clothes, washed outside windows, steamed bed frames, sanitized carpets, and steamed bedding and the couch. Ive even used it to get stuck-on paint off of some folding chairs. It heats up fast and the cord length isnt super long but plenty for most things. Its easy enough to use an extension cord if I need it any longer. Added bonus- kills bugs on contact! (Discovered this while cleaning outside windows). Definitely worth the money.
The two steam mop pads it comes with have been more durable than I was thinking they would be. If anything happens to them, it would be easy enough to get different pads that wrap around the mop base with elastic. These ones have velcro attachments.

I have pets. LOTS of pets. Some elderly. Some just lazy, irresponsible slobs. Cats and dogs. If that sends a shiver down your back, you know why I decided to buy this steam mop.

I landed on this gem. Yes, I am thrilled with this mop. Thrilled. With. A. Mop.

It is lightweight, easily maneuverable, fairly easy to fill with water, almost instantly produces steam, and easy to store. And it does its job. It works great on linoleum, hardwood floors and the reason why I bought it: carpeting. The carpet glider makes this, uh, glide over oopsie places (I'm talking about pet urine) in the carpet. If it is an especially disgusting place, or an old place, I just let the mop sit on it for a few seconds. Then, like magic, that smell is gone. Yes, gone. If it isn't, I just let it dry and do it again.

The steam removes the bacteria and noxious chemicals caused by urine without leaving the sticky residue that carpet cleaners leave behind, ensuring that you have to clean the carpet again in a month. Now, let me be clear, I did NOT say the stain would be gone. I have not been able to remove a stain and I don't know if the steam sets in the stain, because it was already set in.

I thought about grousing about how it only runs about ten minutes on a full tank of water but then I gave it more thought and realized that every ounce of water added would make it heavier and less maneuverable, nullifying two characteristics that make this so fabulous. I decided it was okay to pace myself. After ten minutes of using it I'm ready for a quick hydration break between sessions. I have a big job ahead of me so this works out just fine.

In conclusion, I'll buy this again if this one ever dies.

After reading the reviews, I couldn't wait to get it. Now, I am so glad I purchased it. It is a quality product. The 20 foot cord was fine for my home and the fact that you might have to refill the water tank was not a problem. I will not be doing a whole house cleaning with it. I will be using it daily I think, but on small jobs and floors in different rooms. It will be easy to grab and just do something that needs to be done. It is easy to manipulate around the floors and I loved that it is light weight because I am 78. I know a lot of people don't read directions, but I read all the warnings and think people should read them. It is very safe to use if you know what not to do. Wear shoes with covered toes is a good way to start. I would recommend this product to anyone.

I have zero carpet in my house other than some area rugs and mopping is the task I hate most. I decided to try this out and it has been a life and time saver! Works great on my floors and got some stains off my kitchen counter too! Although word of advice, use low steam when cleaning your couch. The heat burned the fibers in mine. I'm still happy with it though.
